Managed IT Services in Dallas, TX

Day-to-day IT support, patching, and device management for small and mid-sized businesses — delivered on a flat monthly fee, so a bad month for your systems isn't also a bad month for your budget.

When IT stops being someone's side job

Most growing companies handle IT the same way: whoever is most technical picks it up alongside their real job. It works until it doesn't — usually the week a server fails, someone's laptop won't boot before a client meeting, or a phishing email gets clicked and nobody is sure what happened next.

Managed IT replaces that arrangement with something predictable. We take responsibility for your workstations, servers, and users: keeping them patched, monitored, documented, and supported. Your team gets a real place to send problems, and you get an environment that generates fewer of them over time.

We work with businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth and support remote staff nationwide. Most of our clients run between 10 and 100 users, with no dedicated IT department or a single internal generalist who needs backup.

What managed IT covers

Everything below is part of the monthly fee. No per-ticket billing, no charge for asking a question.

Help desk and user support

Your staff contact us directly when something breaks. Password resets, printer problems, software that stopped working, a laptop that won't connect — the ordinary friction that eats an afternoon.

Patch management

Operating systems and third-party applications kept current on a tested schedule. The overwhelming majority of successful attacks exploit vulnerabilities that already had a patch available.

Device management

Standardized configuration across workstations and servers, so a replacement machine can be handed to a new hire configured correctly rather than assembled from memory.

Proactive monitoring

Alerting on failing drives, exhausted disk space, offline backups, and services that stopped running — the warnings that precede an outage by days if anyone is watching for them.

Onboarding and offboarding

A documented process for granting and revoking access. Departing employees lose access on their last day, not whenever someone remembers to check.

Documentation and reporting

A written record of how your environment is built — network layout, accounts, licenses, vendors. It belongs to you, and it's the thing most businesses discover they never had.

How onboarding works

You have working support from day one. The rest is discovery — and it's the part that determines whether the next two years are quiet or chaotic.

1. Assessment

We inventory what you actually have: devices, servers, accounts, licenses, backups, network equipment, and vendor relationships. Most businesses are surprised by at least one thing here.

2. Stabilization

We fix what's actively broken or dangerous first — unpatched systems, backups that haven't run in months, shared admin passwords, accounts belonging to people who left.

3. Standardization

We bring devices onto a consistent configuration and security baseline, so future problems are predictable and future fixes apply everywhere at once.

4. Ongoing management

Monitoring, patching, and support run continuously. We review the environment with you on a regular schedule and flag what should be planned and budgeted before it becomes urgent.

Where managed IT is the wrong fit

Worth saying plainly, because a bad match wastes your money and our time.

If you need a single project done — a server migration, an office move, a Microsoft 365 tenant cleanup — that's project work, not managed IT. We'll quote it as a project.

If you have a functioning internal IT team with capacity, you likely need specific gaps filled rather than full management. And if you're under three or four employees, the economics rarely justify a managed agreement yet.

We'd rather tell you that in the first conversation than six months into a contract.

Common questions

How is managed IT priced?

A flat monthly fee based on the number of users and devices we support. Support requests are included, so a bad month for your systems isn't a surprise invoice.

Do we need to replace our current IT person?

No. We often work alongside an internal generalist, taking on patching, monitoring, and after-hours coverage so they can focus on projects and internal priorities.

How long does onboarding take?

Most environments under 50 users are documented and under management within two to three weeks. Support works from day one; the rest is discovery and standardization.

Do you support remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. Device management and support are delivered remotely, so staff outside Dallas–Fort Worth get the same coverage as staff in the office.

Are we locked into a long contract?

Agreements are month-to-month after an initial term. The documentation we build during onboarding belongs to you and goes with you if you leave.

What if something breaks after hours?

Monitoring and alerting run continuously. Reach out about your specific after-hours needs and we'll be direct about what our coverage does and doesn't include.
